Improving Our Work, every day!
IOW School is the training school that provides continuous improvement to the whole SONAE group. It is not enough to “Know”; it is necessary to “Know How to” to accelerate results towards a “Long Living Company”.
To achieve this, we rely on highly qualified and motivated people from the group’s various businesses who, in addition to their main activity, dedicate part of their time to teaching and spreading the culture of improvement.

Through mentoring, the IOW team supports the different businesses of the SONAE universe in order to develop continuous improvement strategies and PMO development.
Coaching On Demand
Coaching On Demand
Through the Coaching on Demand service, the IOW team studies a specific business's processes to understand what works and what doesn't, what can be improved, and what can be implemented to achieve quick and effective results.

In the R&D service, the IOW team of experts studies and analyzes all the trends and news in the industry, directing the learnings to each business and developing new strategies.
StudyTour
The Study Tour is an internal platform aggregating case studies and best practices.
In Study Tour, you can visualize different initiatives taken by businesses in the SONAE universe in order to understand the processes implemented and their results. It is also possible to sign up for several visits to different businesses to better understand the continuous improvement processes implemented.
